the hotel arranged all my travel services. the breakfast included ample variety and was always fresh. the green surroundings made the swimming pool excellent. staff services felt five star!

the jacuzzi in my room took some time to fill.

The pool was heated. I found it very pleasant. the courtyard offered mostly shaded areas. this made relaxing there nice. I could escape the direct sunlight. the design felt sleek.

a charming experience

attentive staff daily snacks peaceful location

i adored the attentive staff. they arranged my spa treatments and secured a driver for the day with such care! our room overlooked the pool. it was surprisingly peaceful and calming in the city. free water, cokes and snacks were restocked every day. i was very charmed by this treat.

the bathroom had a step i didn't notice at first. it was not marked. i almost tripped.

The staff addressed requests promptly and efficiently. They were helpful. turn-down service occurred each evening around 7 pm, complete with fresh towels and a restocked minibar. the experience was seamless.

the hotel sits close to the night market, easily accessible. there were five museums within walking distance. several restaurants are nearby. it's easy to explore the surrounding area from this spot.

The hotel features a garden for meals. the pool area included many loungers to enjoy. the restaurant stayed open all day. It served many dishes. i also saw complimentary umbrellas by the room door.

the location was very convenient. restaurants and markets were an easy walk. the room was a comfortable size and very clean. the staff went the extra mile (i especially appreciated that).

the pool was quite small. we struggled to find a lounger. the breakfast lacked variety. the breakfast quality could be better, too.
